2. For all high-speed rolling doors, the opening and closing direction must be the same as that indicated by the switch box. Especially when the new power supply is switched on for test run or the external input power supply is changed to phase line, the door curtain should be placed at 1/2 of the door opening height by manual device first, and the rolling door should be opened and closed after the power supply is switched on until it is attached to the indication before normal use. Otherwise, the shutter can be damaged.
3. When operating the fast door, the operator must stand in the position where the running state of the rolling door can be seen, otherwise it is easy to be damaged by accident.
4, fast door curtain prohibit contact with acid, alkaline solution, in order to prevent corrosion curtain surface.
5. The rolling door should be checked regularly in operation, sliding, transmission and other parts (at least 2 times a year), and refueled in time as needed to ensure the normal use of the high-speed rolling door.
6. During the opening and closing of the fast door, it should have the function of stopping with the position. There should be no stop and continue to slide. If the sliding distance is greater than 50mm, the high-speed rolling door control brake should be carefully checked and repaired immediately until it runs normally.
7, fast door curtain and rust-prone parts, should be regularly anti-corrosion, paint and maintenance treatment, prohibit the use of heavy objects, hard objects impact facade.
