Why debugging the fast door control box can adjust the accuracy

The fast door we see refers to the barrier-free isolation door that runs at a speed of more than 0.6 meters per second and rises and falls rapidly. Its main function is to quickly isolate, so as to ensure the dust-free air quality in the workshop. It has many functions such as heat preservation, cold preservation, insect prevention, wind prevention, dust prevention, sound insulation, fire prevention, odor prevention, lighting, etc, and widely used in food, chemical, textile, electronics, supermarkets, refrigeration, logistics, warehousing and other places, can meet the high-performance logistics and clean places, and save energy, high-speed automatic shutdown, improve work efficiency, create a better working environment and other advantages; and we in order to better use, it has a fixed-term maintenance cycle, which has an essential maintenance: debugging fast door curtain accuracy! However, why should the control box be adjusted to adjust the accuracy of the fast door curtain?
That is because the accuracy of debugging fast door curtain mainly lies in the frequency converter of the control box, which can be electrically connected with encoder and motor system respectively. The motor system is used to drive the curtain up and down. The encoder measures the angular displacement of the motor in the motor system during the upward or downward movement of the curtain, and outputs a signal corresponding to the angular displacement to the frequency converter;
When the frequency converter judges according to the signal that the curtain does not reach the upper limit position at the end of this upward movement, it adjusts the initial deceleration time point at which the curtain starts to decelerate in the next upward movement, so that the curtain reaches the upper limit position at the end of the next upward movement; and when the frequency converter judges according to the signal that the curtain does not reach the lower limit position at the end of downward movement, it adjusts the secondary deceleration time point at which the curtain starts to decelerates in the next downward movement, so that the curtain reaches the lower limit position at the end of the next down.
In the rapid rolling shutter door debugging control box system, when the frequency converter judges that the curtain does not reach the upper limit position at the end of this upward movement according to the signal sent by the encoder, it adjusts the deceleration time point at which the curtain starts to decelerate in the next upward movement, so that the curtain reaches the upper limit position at the end of the next upward movement. In addition, when the frequency converter judges that the curtain does not reach the lower limit position at the end of this downward movement according to the end, adjust the curtain in the next downward process began to slow down the operation of the deceleration time point, so that the curtain at the end of the next downward reach the lower limit position; therefore, we can debug the fast shutter door control system will be able to change the deceleration time point to adjust the curtain up or down the end of the position, which can improve the accuracy in place.
