1. When the fast rolling door is opened to the opening height, not all the doors are transformed into a horizontal state, and the local doors stay in a vertical state or curved track part, and springs are still needed to maintain balance; in addition, when all the fast rolling doors are opened, The wire rope is still tight and the spring cannot be completely free. This should be taken into account when calculating the spring. When the spring is calculated and handled correctly, the device should first install the fast rolling shutter door and completely close the fast rolling shutter door. Then tighten the spring disc H/2πr 1.25 turns, at this time the fast rolling shutter door should be in a balanced state at any position, when the fast rolling shutter door is fully opened, the spring is still in a tight state of 1.25 turns. According to foreign data, the spring is generally in a tight state of 11.25 turns. Therefore, when calculating the spring, the fast rolling shutter door is fully closed, and the number of turns of the spring disc should be H/2πr 1.25 instead of H/2πr.
2. When the fast rolling shutter door has just been opened (or nearly completely closed), the upper door body will not immediately turn to the horizontal state, but through the local vertical track, and then turn to the horizontal state through the curved track (there may be no straight track, directly through the curved track). Therefore, the winding radius of one or two turns outside the Z of the wire rope wheel is sometimes used from large to small, which is used to balance the local vertical track above the height of the door opening after opening the fast rolling shutter door and the gravity generated by the door panel on the curved track. Therefore, this one or two turns of the wire rope pulley is important for balancing the portion of the door close to the closed state. In the actual device, if the wire rope used is too long, many fast rolling door in the closed state is still wrapped in a few circles of wire rope on the wire rope wheel, then the wire rope wheel Z outside will lose its role. This will lead to if the fast rolling door close to the ground, you can balance, when the fast rolling door open to the upper part, the force of the spring is not enough to maintain balance; if the fast rolling door open to the upper part, you can balance, when the fast rolling door close to the ground, the spring force is too large.
3. If the horizontal track is not a complete horizontal device, the inclination angle of the horizontal track should be considered. According to the actual situation, the corresponding methods and methods should be used, paying attention to the inclination angle of the horizontal track in the equipment.
4. If the wire rope is thick, the radius of the wire rope should also be considered when calculating the torque. Torsion spring device needs to pay attention to many matters, need to fully consider different factors, consider the impact of fast rolling door device of different problems and matters.
