The acceptance test of the safety bottom edge of the fast shutter door is as follows:
1. Turn off the emergency stop key of the fast rolling shutter door first, turn on the power supply of the electric control box of the fast rolling shutter door, press the learning key of the bottom receiver panel once, and check the light of the signal receiver.
2. Press the pressure hose in the safety bottom side cloth pocket of the fast door several times, and the signal indicator light flashes to indicate successful reception. Press the bottom side pressure hose repeatedly, and the receiver light will light up to test the completion of signal connection every time.
3. Open the emergency stop key of the electric control box of the fast rolling shutter door and press the pressure hose in the bottom cloth pocket, then the door body of the fast rolling shutter door will automatically rise after receiving the signal and operate the door body normally.
4. In the process of testing the safe bottom edge of the fast rolling shutter door and using the fast door, if it is found that the electric control box cannot receive the safe bottom edge signal, it is necessary to pay attention to check the battery and the bottom edge pressure hose in the safe bottom edge transmitter. If the battery is found to be exhausted, replace the new battery. If the bottom pressure hose is damaged or leaked, the damaged or leaked hose shall be sealed, and a new safe bottom pressure hose shall be replaced if necessary.
